Silver Club Membership

The QVI Club Silver Vacation Membership entitlement includes:

• 10-years of membership
• One week of vacation entitlement every alternate year (i.e. 6 weeks/42 nights in total) and the sixth year in any year of the membership
• Access to:

  o   QVI Club Home Resorts (http://www.qviclub.com/en/resorts/home-resorts);

  o   QVI Club Limited Collection Resorts (http://www.qviclub.com/en/resorts/limited-collection-resorts);

  o   XchangeWorld Associated Resorts worldwide (http://www.xchangeworld.com/search_resorts/search_listing.html)

  • Occupancy for two to four persons only

Other benefits include:

• The ability to transfer ownership to children, grandchildren and loved ones
• The option to share or gift your vacation membership to family, friends and associates by simply acquiring a USD 50 Guest Certificate
• The option to split your one week vacation of 7 nights into 4 nights and 3 nights stay in different participating QVI Club Home Resorts, QVI Club Limited Collection Resorts and XchangeWorld Associated Resorts with split week options. Fees:

The following fees are applicable for your QVI Club Silver Vacation Membership:

Usage Fee is:

o   a yearly fee payable by the member for the maintenance and repair of QVI Club Home Resorts

o   payable within the year of entitlement

o   to be paid before making a reservation or depositing the weeks of entitlements

Xchange Fee is:

o   a fee payable in order to utilise the facilities provided by XchangeWorld on a full week exchange basis

o   to be paid before making a reservation with XchangeWorld

Split Week Xchange Fee is:

o   a fee payable in order to utilise the facilities provided by XchangeWorld on a split week (i.e. 3 or 4 nights) exchange basis

o   to be paid before making a reservation with XchangeWorld participating resorts under the split week option only

Premium Xchange Fee is:

o   a fee payable in order to utilise the facilities provided at selected prime locations and properties which are available at selected time of the year

o   to be paid before making a reservation with any one of the participating resorts in XchangeWorld

Usage Fee Payment Schedule:

• USD 200 payable for one weeks of entitlement every alternate yearly and the sixth week in any year of the membership
• For membership purchase before 30th September, the first week of entitlement starts on the current year
• For membership purchase after 1st October, the first week of entitlement starts on the 1st January of the following year
• Weeks of entitlement must be deposited before 31st December of the current year to avoid forfeiture
• If the member does not intend to utilise the weeks of entitlement for that year, or does not intend to deposit the weeks of entitlement, he does not need to pay the usage fee.  However, the entitlements will be forfeited at the end of December of the current year if usage fee is not collected
• All weeks of entitlement which are deposited will be valid for 2 years calculated from the membership annual reoccurring purchase date

Terms and conditions:

• No consolidation of weeks of entitlement till the last year of the membership
• Usage Fee of USD 200 on a per-week-per-unit-per-year basis applies
• Xchange Fee is applicable for XchangeWorld bookings as follows:

  o   USD 118 for a full week exchange

  o   USD 78 for a split week exchange

• Premium Xchange Fee is applicable at selected prime locations and properties and will be determined at the point of reservation
• All Usage Fee, Xchange Fee, Split Week Xchange Fee and any other fees (if applicable) are subject to change and may be revised without prior notice at the discretion of QVI Club
• QVI Club Rules apply
• Weeks of entitlement can only be utilised at QVI Club Home Resorts, QVI Club Limited Collection Resorts or XchangeWorld Associated Resorts
